I ordered a youth Cale Makar t-shirt for my granddaughter for Christmas, her favourite player. I paid the extra shipping cost to get it by Christmas, but still haven’t received it.

I am so sorry to hear about the delay in your order. As stated on our website, there are major delays across the shipping platforms. As stated on our website during the time of your order, there were no guarantees for orders placed after Canada post announced their strike mid November. As the delays from Canada post affected all other shippers. I also went ahead and checked your order, and at check out you selected 'Standard' shipping which is not an express shipping option. If you have any other concerns, please feel free to reach out.
