We are a licensed sports apparel and memorabilia store located in the St Laurent Shopping Centre. We have been in this business for over 10 years working with over 80 companies and brands to give our customers a one stop shop experience. We will work closely with our customers to get the items you or your loved ones want. We know the passion for the game and that reflects greatly in the selection of merchandise we have available.
The Game On! Advantage: we want you to be able to see, feel, and try items before committing so you know it's what you want.

WHAT ARE YOUR PROCESSING TIMES?
Processing times may vary- generally orders will be packed within 24-48 hours. Shipments are picked up on the next business day. Orders placed on Friday-Sunday will be shipped out on Monday. * NOTE THAT DURING CHRISTMAS TIME THESE TIMES MAY VARY*
YOUR WEBSITE SAYS YOU HAVE SOMETHING IN STOCK? DOES THAT MEAN YOU HAVE IT IN STORE?
YES! (most of the time) If you see something listed as "in stock" it means that we have it on our sales floor (or in the back room if there is more than 1). So, there are times that our stock may be off due to theft, incorrect inventory qty or human error. If you need to confirm inventory, please send us an email or call us !
WHAT SHIPPING COMPANIES DO YOU USE?
We work with multiple shipping companies including : Canpar, Purolator, UPS, Canada Post, Fedex.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
Standard shipping: Anywhere between 2-10 Business days. This is location dependent. For shipments in rural areas and other provinces please allow for extra time to arrive.
Express / Expedited shipping: Generally speaking 1-3 Business days. This is location dependent. For shipments in rural areas and other provinces please allow for extra time to arrive.
*We are not responsible for any shipping delays, once items are passed onto the shipper there is nothing we can do to ensure a delivery date.
*PLEASE NOTE AFTER DECEMBER 10th there are NO guarantees for shipments arriving for Christmas.
DO YOU SHIP TO THE US?
Yes! We do! We recently updated our website to allow shipping to the US. We offer flat rate shipping in most cases. *Please note , that US orders may incur extra shipping rates. If this is the case we will let you know prior to shipping your item(s) of the difference in shipping costs and give you the option to either go forward with the order or cancel your order. We are new to this - so please be patient :)
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?
Our shipping rates vary depending on location and shipping speed.
To see your shipping rate please enter your shipping information at check out and you will see your rates based on a location based flat rate shipping system.
For our local customers, we offer free in store pick up which is available to be selected at check out.
We strive to make our shipping fees reasonable, and fair based on shipping companies' various rates for small businesses. We offer flat rate shipping to make things easier and more affordable for our customers. We often charge less of a flat rate than what the shipping companies charge us, with the current inflation shipping across Canada has not been easy or affordable for us. Thank you for your understanding.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns
NO full Refunds.
Our policy lasts 60 days.
If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
*Excluding purchases made between Sept 19, 2024 - Dec 25, 2024 , these may be exchanged until January 31st, 2025*
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging/unopened , tags and barcodes (if any) must still be attached. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you wish to get a new size, you can order the new size, making sure to note that it is for an exchange (please include the original order number). Once we receive the new order with the replacement size, we will send out your new item with a return shipping label or we can email you a return label if you are able to print it.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will then receive a notification for you refund. (please note there is no refunds for shipping fees)

Sale items: Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
You can also come into the store for the exchange / credit.
